Jennifer McGrail

Jennifer has spent more than 20 years in the middle of Oklahoma's innovation economy, not just watching it from the sidelines. She led the state's primary technology-based economic development agency, directing programs spanning capital access, startup acceleration, research commercialization, and statewide ecosystem development.

Before that, she ran a startup incubator, helping founders build companies that created real jobs and real revenue. Earlier in her career she oversaw several membership based and volunteer based organizations. She has sat on boards, chaired committees, brokered partnerships, and helped communities that didn't know where to start figure out their next move.

She knows the funders, the founders, the agency heads, and the decision makers. More importantly, she knows how to get them in a room and get them moving in the same direction.
